Immigration Services
What We Do
Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada’s Immigration Services assists approximately 300 individuals per month, helping them to obtain self-sufficiency and stability in the United States. Our team works closely with the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) to identify those individuals in need of legal assistance and representation.
If you are looking for immigration services near you and need help understanding the laws of immigration in the United States, allow Catholic Charities to come to your aid.
Immigration Services helps those who are seeking:
- Lawful permanent residence in the United States
- Employment authorization
- United States Citizenship
- Asylum
- Administrative relief through Temporary Protective Status (TPS) and deferred action
