Time Off:
- 11 holidays observed annually
- Accrual of 15 Paid Time Off (PTO) days each year
Health and Welfare Benefits:
- Choice of Medical plans: HMO or POS
- Dental coverage options: basic plan or plan with orthodontic benefit
- Vision coverage

- The Life Connection (EAP Plan)
Retirement Savings - 403(b) Plan:
- Eligibility to begin employee contributions to the 403(b) retirement savings plan from the month following the hire date
- Automatic enrollment in the 403(b) thrift plan after one year of service with Catholic Charities contributing 3% of salary
- Additional employer contribution: Catholic Charities matches $.50 for every $1.00 deferred, up to 1.5% of your salary, after one year of service
- Vesting schedule applies to employer-paid funds
