Health and Welfare Benefits:

Paid Time Off:

• 11 observed holidays each year
• 15 Paid Time Off (PTO) days accrued annually

Retirement Savings:

• Employees can start contributing to the 403(b) retirement savings plan the month after their hire date.
• After one year, employees are automatically enrolled in the 403(b) thrift plan, with Catholic Charities contributing 3% of the salary.
• Also, after one year, Catholic Charities will contribute $0.50 for every $1.00 deferred, up to 1.5% of your salary. The employer-paid funds are subject to a vesting schedule.
