Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada (CCSN) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide uniform and linen services. This RFP outlines the requirements and expectations for the services to be provided.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for the following services:

Uniform Services:

 
• Supply and maintenance of uniforms for staff.
 
• Regular laundering and pressing of uniforms.
 
• Repair and replacement of damaged uniforms.
  

Linen Services:

 
• Supply and maintenance of linens for 400 bed men’s shelter
 
• Regular laundering and pressing of linens.
 
• Repair and replacement of damaged linens.
 

Proposal Requirements

Proposals should include the following information:

Company  Information:

 
• Company name, address, and contact information.
 
• Brief history and overview of the company.
 
• Relevant experience and qualifications.
  

Service Plan:

 
• Detailed description of the services to be provided.
 
• Proposed schedule for service delivery.
 
• Quality control measures.
  

Pricing:

 
• Detailed pricing structure for all services.
 
• Any additional fees or charges.
  

References:

 
• Contact information for at least three references from similar clients.
 

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Experience and qualifications of the vendor.
• Quality and comprehensiveness of the service plan.
• Pricing and overall value.
• References and past performance.

• CCSN reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
• All proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days from the due date.
• The selected vendor will be required to enter into a formal contract with CCSN.‍
