Bid Announcement - Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada Breakroom & Courtyard Renovation

We are excited to share that Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada (CCSN) is soliciting bids for a General Contractor, for the renovation of approximately 1,990 square feet of breakroom and approximately 7,500 square feet of courtyard, located on the first floor at our main campus, at 1501 Las Vegas Blvd; Las Vegas, NV 89101. CCSN is the grateful recipient of funding through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), in collaboration with the City of Las Vegas. The Breakroom and Courtyard Renovation project will be funded primarily by an ARPA grant, which is federally funded, and the project must comply with the procurement standards in 2 CFR 200.318 – 200.326. The ARPA funding requires the project be completed by May 31, 2024.

However, the competitive bidding process for a guaranteed maximum price contract need not include the prevailing wages in effect in Nevada at the time of the opening bids. Additionally, the bidder must comply with regulations regarding debarred or suspended entities in accordance with 24CFR 570.489(1).

Sealed bids will be received at the Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada until 2:00 PM, October 20, 2023, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the Work in conjunction with the Project.

October 20, 2023            Bids Due(hard copy and/or digital), 2:00 PM PST at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, Administration Building. Bids will be opened publicly.

October 25, 2023            Notification of selected contractor
